Departure and Arrival at the Incheon airport

Manila Airport (departure)

1. Go to the terminal. Security check. Be ready with your ticket or printed itinerary and passport.
2. Check in via web, no need to print boarding pass.
3. Pay the terminal tax (Php 1,620 each), can be paid by one person if you’re in group.
4. Go to the Self-check in and bag drop for printing of boarding pass and checking of weight of hand carry.
5. Fill up the Immigration card and proceed to Immigration.
6. Go to the boarding gate.
7. Wait for the opening of the gate.
8. At the plane, you will need to fill up the Health card and Tax declaration form.

Incheon Airport (Arrival)

1. Upon getting out of the plane, ride the train going to main terminal.
2. Give the health card.
3. Immigration (finger printing and photo).
4. Bag checking.
5. Customs –submit tax declaration form.
6. Rent a WiFi router or buy prepaid sim.
7. Buy T-money and load at the loading machines.
8. Proceed to the All Stop train (blue color sign) going to Seoul subway (half the price of AREX).

Incheon Airport (Departure)

1. Be at Incheon five hours before the flight (if you’re going to buy foods and stuffs at Emart).
2. Ride the train (All Stop) from Seoul.
3. Go to the Passenger terminal (no more train unlike when you arrived, you only need to walk). Or if from Emart, take the free shuttle. Emart is first stop after passenger terminal. Cross the street when going back to main terminal.
4. Passenger terminal is 2-3 floors if from subway. If from bus, it’s already there when you go down.
5. Have your bags checked at the weighing scale first (so you’ll have time to fix your things in case it’s overweight).
6. Go to check in counter (K for Cebu Pacific). If you have tax free items, have it recorded first in the machines.
7. Have your hand carry items checked in the “All Gates”.
8. Proceed to Immigration.
9. Have your tax refund form stamped by Customs then go to Gate 127 to claim the cash refund.
10. Proceed to the boarding gate (107-132 Orange/Red sign). Need to go down 2-3 floors.
11. Ride the train going to the main terminal.
12. Get on the assigned boarding gates not less than 45 minutes before the flight.
