Day 3: Fangirl mode on! (SMTOWN COEX Artium!!!)

Second stop: SMTOWN COEX Artium!!!

Our next stop is in Samseong station (Exit 6), same line (Line 2) with Hapjeong. On our way here, we got to see the birthday ad for Chanyeol.

And now we have come to the place where all SM artits’ fangirls meet. The SM TOWN’s heaven in COEX Artium!

If you’re a die-hard fangirl just like us, you’ll surely have a hard time here. You’ll not know where to look at first! Your #feels are everywhere! Your heart is racing and so is your money. T_T

First floor: Welcome Stage (entrance and there are videos shown on the screen beside the escalators)

Second floor: SUM (merchandise shop!!!)

Third floor: SM Town Studio (includes training studio, recording studio, music video studio, and photo studio. In order to experience these, you will need to pay and make a reservation. So, we no longer went inside)

Find your bias!

Fourth floor: SM Town LIVErary (it’s live café where you can listen to your favorite SM artists’ songs and a library where you can find the archives. SM artists eat here too, you’ll find some of their signatures on the tables and chairs.

Fifth and sixth floor: SM Town Theater (Hologram theater) This is used for hologram musicals and concerts. The fifth floor includes a photo box (for taking a realistic photo next to your favorite artist), hand printing gallery, and photo zones. You can even get large photos printed out for a cost ranging from 70,000 won to 150,000 won (approx. 60 USD to 128 USD).

There are also lots of free photo opportunities here!

3D Printing of Suho as Hans in School of Oz musical. This left me breathless.

We also got a chance to see the first ever exhibition of Fan Book.

And this is SM maximizing every space in COEX. This is the hallway to the restroom.

And since we lost all our energy here, we were no longer able to go to SM building and Cofioca store store where Sehun always but bubble tea.

How to get here: Upon going out of Exit 2, you will see COEX at the other side of the road. Cross the street and turn right then walk straight, following the path to COEX.
