First stamp: Seoul (Winter 2016): Day 2: Day 2: Let's take a stroll and some shopping (Cheongyecheon stream)

Today's itinerary:

Though the bed is inviting and the weather is too cold, we have many places to check off our itinerary. We were supposed to get out by 9am if we will follow our original itinerary but gosh! Layering clothes is really time consuming! So we ended up going out at 10am.
Since we got soaked in the rain the night before, we decided to borrow umbrellas in the hostel. And I don’t know if I should be thankful it didn’t rain the whole day!

First Stop: Cheongyecheon stream

This is not really a part of the EXO-themed trip but EXO did went to Gwanghwamun square and we did see it too. We saw King Sejong from a distance. We were supposed to see him the next day but for some circumstances, we were only able to catch a glimpse of him. From Hoegi station (Line 1), we stopped at Jongno sam-ga (7th stop) and transferred to Line 5 Gwanghwamun station (1st stop). Then we just follow the arrows leading to Cheongyecheon stream.

From the exit, you can already see the “Spring”.

From the Spring, you will see a “tunnel” below and that’s the way to the stream.

At first, we wanted to reach the end so we continue walking and the view changes as we go along.

But guys, this is a stream so it’ll probably take a day or days (we didn’t even have an idea how long it is). So after reaching this far, we gave up and walked back.
